​CrossFit West Monroe is simply the best. We provide top notch coaching to help you improve your fitness, and reach your specific goals. A WOD (workout of the day) will be provided for you daily, that is scalable (to ALL fitness levels) to suit your CURRENT fitness level. Your Coach will be there every step of the way instructing, motivating, and pushing you to reach your full potential.

We are a results-based gym. We concentrate on each athletes specific goal, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, or longevity in health and fitness. We are here to make sure you accomplish those goals.
We get it. You're busy.
In order to accommodate for your busy schedule, we have a kids room, showers, we offer up to eight classes a day, and all of our classes last an hour!
