Classes
CrossFit, IS, the quickest, most efficient vehicle to FITNESS....
Our classes last forty-five minutes to an hour long, the most YOUR Trainer will handle everything from leading you through the warm up/ stretching, to the strength work, finihsing off with the WOD (Workout Of the Day). All you have to do is show up we take care of the rest!
We have Athletes that range from ALL fitness levels from beginners all the way to our competitive Athletes. Our coaches accommodate and scale every workout to meet YOUR specific needs, whether it be fat loss, or perfromance based we got you covered. You recieve individualized Coaching within a group setting. This creates Community, Accountablitiy, Encouragement, and Excitement.
We struggle together, laugh together, and most importantly get FIT together.
Everything we do is meaurable and repeatable. We take time to "log" each Athletes results everyday, to ensure YOUR goals are met. You can access this information from any computer or your smart phone and view every workout you have completed with us. This allows for our members to accurately track all of their progress.
